Telgea is seeking a Product Engineer to own projects end-to-end, from scope through production and launch. You’ll use AI-enabled development tools to define what to build and ensure everything ships correctly and securely.

Based in Barcelona, you’ll collaborate with a tight-knit product and engineering team, visiting our office at Norrsken House at least three days per week to align on priorities and deliver high-impact features for our multinational clients.

Formación

• 3+ years as a full stack engineer.
• 1+ years working with product management with full end-to-end ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling.
• Excellent eye for code review: identify defects, security risks, and scalable design.
• Experience with AI development tools (Claude Code etc).
• Sound product judgment and the ability to work autonomously with limited process.
• Excellent project management.
• Team player with good communication.
• Based in Barcelona and able to go to our office at Norrsken House at least 3 days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Own self-contained projects end to end, from initial scope through to production deployment.
• Translate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into clear technical plans.
• Use AI coding tools to handle architecture, integrations, and feature development across a broad range of work.
• Review, test, and validate everything you ship for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Coordinate closely with the core engineering team on projects that will integrate into or hand off to the main platform.
