Mondelēz International is seeking an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer for AI Reporting & Insights in a global, cross-functional IT environment. You will design data pipelines, develop AI/ML models and integrate frontend and backend components to surface actionable insights to stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities cover data engineering, model deployment, cloud-native architectures, and collaboration with product and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable software

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and building production-grade applications or pipelines.
• Experience across full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering with willingness to broaden.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and Databricks familiarity.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (React/Next.js) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes at scale.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting and transforming market data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows (RAG, prompts, agent orchestration).
• Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, backend, frontend).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including IaC and CI/CD practices.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.
