FedEx is recruiting a Digital Transformation Business Analyst to drive AI-powered transformation initiatives across Global Trade Services. The role focuses on identifying innovative solutions, optimizing processes, and translating business needs into practical technology applications.

You will collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams, support UAT and adoption, and travel within Europe as needed.

Formación

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (≈25%).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for digital transformation initiatives.
• Support the identification, assessment, and prioritization of automation and AI use cases across Global Trade Services.
• Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technology teams, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to develop and implement business solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution adoption, and change management activities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and business performance improvement.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations, Technology, Regulatory Affairs and other key stakeholders.
