Accenture is seeking software engineers who already use AI to elevate their work. You will build and ship real software for enterprise clients, spanning the full stack and integrating AI into production apps.

You’ll work with Python, Java, and TypeScript, using LLM APIs, cloud platforms and agentic AI across diverse industries. You’ll contribute to production-ready AI-enabled solutions, collaborate in Agile teams, and own work from design to delivery while exploring AI certifications and Forward

Formación

We’re looking for software engineers who are already using AI as part of the way they work and want to take that to the next level.

In this role, you’ll be building and shipping real software for enterprise clients, working across the stack and integrating AI into production applications.

You’ll work with technologies such as Python, Java, TypeScript, LLM APIs, cloud platforms and agentic AI, while being part of projects across different industries and technology environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and deploy production-grade software across the full stack
• Use AI coding tools as part of your everyday development workflow
• Integrate LLM APIs into real applications
• Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms and CI/CD
• Build the application layers that connect software with AI and agentic systems
• Use AI to support coding, testing, debugging and code reviews
• Make sure AI-generated code and outputs are reliable, secure and production-ready
• Work closely with client engineering teams in Agile environments
• Take ownership of your work from design and development through to production
• Contribute to reusable components, internal tooling and engineering best practices

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Good knowledge of Python, Java or TypeScript
• Practical experience using AI tools in your day‑to‑day engineering work (Claude, ChatGPT)
• Experience working with LLM APIs and an understanding of tokens, latency and cost
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker and CI/CD
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of Agile ways of working
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code and outputs
• Some understanding of RAG, agentic AI and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph

You won’t be working on just one product or one technology stack.

You’ll get the opportunity to work across different industries, clients and enterprise environments, while developing your skills in AI‑native software engineering and agentic AI.

There are also opportunities for AI certifications, exposure to leading technology ecosystems and a development path towards Forward Deployed Engineering.
