Alan is building the AI-native company with a global reach. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will craft the internal platform used daily to navigate the organization, and design agents that automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment.

You will push LLMs into production and define abstractions that scale across all Alan offices. You should be passionate about AI, comfortable with evolving abstractions, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Software engineers of all experience levels, eager to work with AI-native tech.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environment with evolving abstractions.
• Strong grounding in OO languages and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the AI-powered internal platform used by Alan teams daily.
• Design and deploy intelligent agents to automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment.
• Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning and tool integration.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to translate Alan's principles into software.
