Qaracter - Beyond your Challenge in Valencia seeks an AI-Native Backend/API Technical Lead to shape backend architecture for a global BaaS platform across Payments, Collections, and Cash Management.

You will supervise AI-assisted engineering workflows, ensuring outputs are secure, tested, traceable, maintainable, and production-ready while using Java, Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Formación

• Experience leading backend/API teams in complex environments.
• Strong architecture and design skills for scalable backend systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted software delivery is a plus.
