10x Team B.V in the EU/UK is seeking an experienced M&A consultant for a flexible, remote engagement. You will review AI-generated M&A content and craft realistic deal scenarios using your hands-on deal experience.

This role is 8–20 hours per week, fully remote, with potential for extended collaboration. Ideal candidates are based in the EU or UK and have experience across deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of hands-on M&A experience in deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration.
• Ability to identify logical gaps, flawed assumptions, or unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios.
• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability.

Aufgaben

• Review and refine AI-generated M&A content to reflect authentic industry practice.
• Evaluate AI outputs for deal realism, sound reasoning, and applicability.
• Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios based on direct deal experience.
• Create alternative scenarios from buyer, seller, advisor, or board member perspectives.
• Identify logic gaps or impractical responses in AI-generated content.
