Job summary

each::labs in Spain is seeking a Product Engineer who combines a product mindset with AI-native development. You will own features end-to-end, turning user problems into reliable, delightful experiences for developers, creators, and businesses.

You will work with Go, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL to build scalable APIs and workflows, using Claude Code or Codex to accelerate progress while maintaining quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Go, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL in modern API development.
• Strong ability to design maintainable, scalable systems and APIs.
• Experience using AI agents to accelerate coding and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Build products end-to-end from problem to user experience.
• Develop AI-first features leveraging coding agents to accelerate development.
• Create APIs, integrations, workflows, and developer-focused tools.
• Own the user experience through feedback and analytics to reduce friction.
• Measure success by adoption, usability, reliability, and business impact.
• Ship features and provide production support, iterating based on data.
• Improve engineering practices with automation and agentic workflows.
