Capitole is seeking an AI Engineer specialised in Prompt Engineering to join its international technology team. You will design and optimise prompts for Large Language Models and apply Generative AI to automate and improve tasks across the software development lifecycle.

You will work with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA, applying advanced prompting techniques, templating, optimisation, evaluation and benchmarking.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another relevant engineering field.
• Experience designing advanced prompts for Large Language Models.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
• Knowledge of advanced prompting techniques including Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot Prompting, and RAG.
• Experience with prompt templating and iterative prompt optimisation.
• Experience evaluating and benchmarking prompts.
• Experience applying AI to software development use cases like code generation and automated testing.
• Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialised in Prompt Engineering to join a dynamic AI team within an international technology environment.

In this role, you will design and optimise advanced prompts for Large Language Models and apply Generative AI to automate and improve different tasks across the software development lifecycle.

You will work with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA, applying advanced prompting techniques, prompt templating, optimisation, evaluation, and benchmarking.

What you'll do

• Design and optimise advanced prompts for Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
• Apply advanced prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought Prompting, Few-Shot Prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Use, and Function Calling.
• Develop prompt templates and optimise prompts iteratively based on evaluation and benchmarking.
• Apply AI to automate or improve software development tasks, including automatic code generation, test case generation, technical documentation, requirements analysis, automated code review, and testing script generation.
• Work with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Design specialised AI agents for specific tasks across the software development lifecycle.
• Work with AI and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
• Evaluate and benchmark prompts and their results.

• Knowledge or experience in ATM (Air Traffic Management).
