Job summary

Titan Operating System S.L. (Titan OS) based in Barcelona is seeking an AI & Content-Recommendation Engineer to design, train, and deploy models and data pipelines that decide what to watch next on our Smart TV platform.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle—from exploratory data analysis through online A/B testing—while shipping features used by millions of viewers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of AI engineering experience, with Gen AI/LLM deployments.
• End-to-end ML/DL pipeline experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Data Science/ML or related field.
• Solid grasp of probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms.
• Exposure to LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and tool calling.
• Proficiency in Python; ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Experience with SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and pandas/Spark.
• REST APIs experience and model surface endpoints.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy LLM-powered agents to improve recommendations and information retrieval.
• Prototype and train ranking/recommendation models from large-scale interaction logs.
• Design offline metrics and monitor online A/B tests; translate findings into iterations.
• Expose recommendation APIs and integrate with Go/Ruby services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data & model versioning (GitHub Actions, Docker).
• Code reviews and collaboration with product owners and teammates to scope tasks.
• Follow Agile processes and maintain documentation practices.
• Monitor and report KPIs for service performance; assist in setting SLAs.
