Talent-R, a fast-growing health-tech scale-up, is building real-time voice agents that handle healthcare calls. We ship end-to-end distributed systems with ultra-low latency in production across Barcelona and New York.

We look for 3–5+ years shipping products end-to-end, distributed async workloads, and a true full-stack owner mindset. English proficiency is required, professionally.

Not a wrapper. Not a demo. Low-latency speech/LLM pipelines and async orchestration at scale, where failing mid-call has real consequences.
