Tasks and Qualifications
Your role:
- Design, build and deploy innovative solutions in the area of data analytics, machine learning and generative AI to solve complex real-world problems for our internal and external customers.
- Apply machine learning and generative AI models for end-to-end solution building.
- Build MLOps on cloud (Azure and GCP) and build CI/CD pipelines.
- AI model review, code refactoring, containerization, deployment, versioning and monitoring.
- AI model validation, test automation and integration.
- Collaborate closely in interdisciplinary teams with data scientists, data engineers, business units, UX designers and IT departments.
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable education.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to design, implement and maintain AI-driven applications on cloud (Azure and GCP), including performance and cost monitoring and optimization.
- Strong experience with AI/ML end-to-end solutions developing.
- Ability to build data and MLOps pipelines and experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow) and with Kubernetes.
- Experience with leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and monitoring them in production using LLM Observability platforms (e.g., Langfuse).
- Ability to develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enable autonomous decision-making using an agent framework, e.g. ADK.
- Excellent Python programming skills and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries like scikit-learn, Pytorch, Tensorflow etc.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- High degree of initiative and solution orientation.
- Fluent in English.
