Job summary

Kyndryl in Madrid is seeking a technically solid solution architect with a learning mindset and strong customer orientation. You will define architectures in domains where the best practices are still being written, spanning enterprise governance, AI governance, and sovereign platforms.

The role requires fluent Spanish and high English, plus 5+ years designing cloud-native architectures, working with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, API-first approaches, and data platforms in complex environments.

Qualifications

• +5+ years designing enterprise or solution architectures in complex orgs.
• + Cloud-native architectures: containers (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), API-first integration, microservices, data platforms.
• + Experience designing on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• + Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) as tools.
• + Ability to translate business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate in Spanish and English to technical and executive audiences.
• + Experience designing/evaluating AI agent architectures: multi-agent orchestration, agent fabrics, MCP, RAG.
• + Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK; observability stacks (LangSmith, Langfuse).
• + Knowledge of Policy-as-Code (OPA/Rego) for governance of AI.
• + Experience with model routing (LiteLLM) and GPU/CPU inference strategies.
• + Prior tech consulting, proposals/RFPs, or client-facing with C-level.
