Totalum is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. You will blend strong marketing judgment with AI-native execution, running campaigns when needed and supervising agents that execute marketing tasks at scale.

You will own paid acquisition, outbound prospecting, and social media with a focus on measurable growth. The role requires comfort with AI tools, data-driven decision making, and rapid experimentation in a fast-moving

Formación

• 3+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and outbound outreach.
• Strong copywriting across ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, CRM data, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI agents and marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Own targeting, structure, testing, and budgets; optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline.
• Lead outbound campaigns via cold email and LinkedIn; define ICPs and sequences.
• Publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Supervise AI agents handling campaign management, outreach, and content creation.
• Review, correct, and improve agent outputs; refine prompts and workflows.
