BSH Electrodomésticos España, S.A. is seeking a senior data and AI leader to drive data-driven transformation across the business. You will develop data products, build modern data architecture, and partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end use cases.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar role, expertise in ML, GenAI, Python, cloud platforms (AWS), and fluency in English and Spanish. You will contribute to a data-driven culture and shape innovative solutions.

Formación

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field with strong data science fundamentals.
• 5+ years in a comparable data/AI role with leadership experience.
• Proven ML, GenAI and data analytics expertise; strong Python and database skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS); fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the data and AI-driven transformation by identifying and implementing end-to-end use cases with business stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven applications and decision-making processes in collaboration with various business units.
• Design and build modern data architecture and data products, with a focus on Data Mesh principles.
• Improve and ensure data quality and architecture by structuring data flows and working with Data Owners and IT.
• Strengthen the company's data culture by supporting and enabling teams to leverage data effectively.

Your profile

• Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or a comparable field
• More than 5 years experience in a comparable role
• Experience in Machine Learning, GenAI and Data Analytics. Strong programming skills in Python and Database and experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable way
