Job Details: The program is dedicated to attracting, retaining and cultivating talent. Interns and new graduates work on real projects that affect how our business runs, giving them the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• You’ll deliver real‑time customer impact from day one.
• Work in a builder pod, a cross‑functional team that collaborates to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for real customers.
• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
• Design agent intelligence: design how agents think – prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and the entire architecture, leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
• Support the entire technical lifecycle: collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Drive strategic impact by partnering with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Iterate and deploy: test it, break it, fix it, ship it. Repeat. Own your work from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and real‑time infrastructure.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and real‑time infrastructure.
• Ability to hold your own in a room with sales teams and customers.
• Write high‑quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Thrive in a collaborative group chat that is building something, not just talking about it.
• Sharp problem‑solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.
• Excited to travel 25–50% of the time, working directly alongside customers to see your code come to life in their environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
