Job summary

Glovo is seeking an AI & Automation Champion intern to join our Talent Development team in Catalonia. You will build real products using Claude, Make and Gemini Enterprise, replacing manual workflows with automated processes and generating talent insights through dashboards.

You will own automation projects from scoping to launch, while exploring smart talent recommendations and automations across mobility, communications and analytics.

Qualifications

• Passion for automation and process improvement.
• Comfort with data and no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, Sheets).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Curiosity to learn new AI tools and technologies.
• Hands-on attitude with high standards, organised and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English.
• Programming skills (Python) or Apps Script/SQL a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Claude, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
• Interest in Talent, HR or People topics.

Responsibilities

• Spot manual workflows and replace them with automated solutions.
• Build dashboards and AI-powered tools generating program materials and tracking attendance.
• Develop dashboards that auto-generate talent insights and attrition analytics.
• Automate newsletters, announcements and updates from live data sources.
• Own automation projects from scoping to launch; propose smarter solutions.
• Explore Gemini Enterprise for smart talent recommendations and matching.
• Create chatbots or Q&A systems for common HR questions.
• Streamline collection and analysis of feedback.
