Maisa is seeking an AI Automation Consultant to join our Client Services team. You will build, test, and deploy Digital Workers in Maisa Studio, taking solution designs from the Solutions Architect through go-live and handover.

This role requires hands-on experience with automation, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and strong Spanish and English communication. Remote-friendly with hybrid hubs in Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and Murcia.

Formación

• Experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations in a delivery context
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly, across multiple tools
• Ability to ship under pressure while maintaining reliability
• Strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical contexts beyond prompting
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure Digital Worker configurations in Maisa Studio per Solutions Architect specifications
• Configure integrations including APIs, connectors, and data flows as defined in the design
• Raise specification gaps or feasibility issues early; avoid assumptions
• Own and execute UAT with production data, document results, resolve defects
• Certify Digital Workers meet KPIs and go-live criteria, collaborate with Architect during UAT
• Manage go-live deployment and hand over with complete docs and runbooks
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect; provide effort estimates and share reusable configurations
• Support engineers to remove blockers and ensure team delivery
