Enfint is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data-driven software implementations and digital transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams across Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and DevOps.

You will serve as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders, delivering regular updates and mitigating risks.

Formación

3+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Upper-Intermediate English or above.
Upper-Intermediate Spanish or above.
Nice to have: SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, French language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects;
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables;
Lead cross-functional and distributed teams of Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders;
Provide regular project updates and manage expectations;
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests;
Coordinate the implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems;
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings;
Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks;
Maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Track project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics;
Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
