Kids&Us in Montecarmelo, Madrid, seeks an Academic Coordinator Assistant to support the General Coordinator with lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families, including reports, attendance, and meetings; conduct trimester evaluations; cover classes when needed; and assist families as required.

Proficiency in English is essential; teaching experience is a plus.

Formación

• Full Proficiency in English (C2).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Coordinator with lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families, including progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, and meetings.
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
• Cover classes when necessary.
• Provide support and assistance to families when necessary.
