Are you an experienced tradesperson looking for a stable role in Mallorca? An established company in the private construction and technical services sector is seeking a First-Class After-Sales and Maintenance Technician to join its operations in Palma. This is an on-site, full-time position offering a permanent contract, designed for a skilled professional who values high workmanship standards and reliable client service across residential properties.

In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring that finished residential projects remain in top condition and that maintenance requests are handled with precision. You will inspect, address, and report on work systematically. Your core responsibilities include:

• Inspecting completed repair and maintenance work to ensure it strictly complies with quality standards.
• Identifying, logging, and reporting any incidents or structural issues promptly to the after-sales manager.
• Ensuring all technical interventions in residential construction meet professional benchmarks.
• Maintaining clear and organized communication with management regarding on-site progress.

To succeed in this role, you need proven technical craftsmanship in residential building along with required safety accreditations. The requirements for this position are:

• Proven experience as a First-Class tradesperson (Oficial 1ª) specifically within residential construction and building works.
• Mandatory completion of the 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety course (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess quality and spot technical defects accurately.
• A proactive attitude, self-reliance on site, and a thorough commitment to safety standards.

The position offers stable, long-term employment under a permanent contract (contrato indefinido) based in Palma. You will work a regular full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, leaving your weekends free. Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the company based on your accredited professional experience.
