Formación

The Affinities (B2B2C / B2B2SMC) Sales Channel Expert is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with well-established retail companies to enhance and expand our businesses with them. This role involves managing our new business pipeline as well as key accounts, fostering strong business relationships, and driving growth through collaborative initiatives with partners operating omni-channel sales approaches (online and/or offline) in retail-like industries.

What will you do at Allianz?

  1. Develop and implement strategies to establish new partnerships and further strengthen existing partnerships.
  2. Nurture and manage relationships within your network and with Allianz’s partners to identify opportunities for new business and portfolio expansion, aligned with mutual business objectives.
  3. Lead internal teams to design and develop insurance solutions across the value chain that meet the specific needs of our partners and their customers.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and partnership agreements to potential partners and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost our partnership programs’ success.
  6. Act as our partners’ and customers’ advocate: Track and report on customer satisfaction and partnership performance, providing valuable insights and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor market trends to identify potential partnership opportunities, helping partners to scale their business with Allianz.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all partnership activities.

What does Allianz need from you?

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales channels in similar roles, with in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, key players in retail-like industries, and value drivers for successful partnerships (e.g., experience with insurers, brokers, consultants, or potential partners on distribution agreements, joint ventures, etc.).
  • A creative mind with strategic vision, driven by facts & figures, with strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills with internal & external stakeholders.
  • High work ethics with great attention to detail to craft winning proposals and serve as our partners’ advocate for continuous business improvement.
  • International, multicultural work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish for business communications, negotiations, presentations, and contractual documents.
  • Related university degree successfully completed.
