PLD Space in Elche seeks a RAMS Engineer to ensure reliability, availability, maintainability and safety across the MIURA 5 program. You will design RAMS processes, perform FMEA/FTA analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed RAMS in design and testing.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, RAMS documentation, data-driven improvements, and coordination with regulators for certification. English proficiency required; French is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent experience in RAMS.
• 5+ years in RAMS or reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS principles and methods.
• Experience with FMEA and FTA.
• Familiarity with hazard analysis and risk assessment.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 26262, MIL-STD-882, ECSS-Q-St-30/40.
• Proficiency in RAMS tools and simulations.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• English at least B2-C1.

Responsabilidades

• Develop RAMS for the MIURA 5 program, including vehicle, payload, and ground systems.
• Perform RAMS analyses, FMEA, and FTA to identify failure modes and impacts.
• Conduct risk and hazard analyses to mitigate safety risks.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and quality teams to embed RAMS requirements.
• Create and maintain RAMS documentation and reports.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and safety enhancements.
• Support verification and validation to meet RAMS requirements.
• Engage with regulators and certification bodies for compliance.
• Provide RAMS expertise to teams and management.
• Stay updated on RAMS trends and apply best practices.
