We are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid, IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Admissions Advisor will involve:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families, both in person and on the telephone.
  • CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
  • Primary responsibility for telephone and walk‑in enquiries.
  • Pro‑active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
  • Support and active participation in the on‑campus events (Open Days, Open Houses, School visits…) and off‑campus events (Admissions days, Fairs, etc.).
  • Active support to all applicants in the admission and enrolment process.
  • Support teammates as necessary to build a team‑oriented environment and contribute ideas to an innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and an outstanding reputation of the part‑time programs team.
  • Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure the evolution of team reputation and profile.
  • Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Advanced English and Spanish speaker.
  • In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Highly client‑focused.
  • Highly proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent process management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • CRM experience preferred.
