The Advertising Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s advertising efforts, focusing on both paid and organic campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising initiatives, including but not limited to social media ads, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and email marketing. The role will require the ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure advertising materials align with brand voice and goals.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in advertising, digital marketing, or related fields (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve ad performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging ad copy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the target market’s needs and behaviors is a plus.
