Are you ready to be part of an exciting digital transformation journey in the insurance sector? At our International Service Delivery Center, we are seeking a talented Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to join our team.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (preferably AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong expertise in : OSGi, Sling models, JCR / Oak, AEM Components (Core Components & custom development), Dispatcher configurations, AEM workflows and permissions
• Strong background in Java and architectural patterns.
• Experience designing RESTful integrations, APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with headless CMS capabilities (Content Fragments, GraphQL).
• DevOps understanding : Git, Maven, Cloud Manager, CI / CD.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
• Frontend familiarity (React, Angular, TypeScript).
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (insurance, banking, telecom).

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the technical architecture of the new website on AEM.
• Design scalable and modular AEM solutions following Adobe and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on content architecture, component design, workflows, OSGi bundles, integrations, and deployment patterns.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, UX teams, and developers.
• Support migration strategies from legacy systems to AEM.
• Mentor developers and ensure code quality and architectural consistency.
• Contribute to DevOps alignment, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
