A leading consumer goods company in Madrid seeks an Invoice Specialist to join their Customer Services team. You will be responsible for processing orders, monitoring shipping, and improving customer relations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or economics, customer service experience, and proficiency in Spanish with an intermediate level of English. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model for a temporary contract of 6 months.

Formación

• Experience in customer services, especially in order entry.
• Ability to process orders via email or EDI.
• Monitor and control order shipping processes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive orders via email or EDI and enter them manually.
• Monitor order shipping until delivery.
• Resolve issues and propose improvements.

Conocimientos

Customer service experience

Knowledge of EDI

SAP proficiency

High level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Adaptability to changes

Proficiency in Spanish

We are looking for an invoice specialist to join our Customer Services team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.

How your agenda looks like :

• As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for order processing with the following functions :
• Receive orders via email or EDI, manual order entry, reviewing EDI orders, with special attention to commercial conditions.
• Monitoring and controlling the order shipping process to the warehouse and until delivery.
• Resolving issues and proposing improvements.

Your team :

Integrated within the Finance team in the Customer Services you will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

What makes you a great fit :

• Education : FP or Bachelor's degree in business administration / economics.
• Work Experience : experience in customer services, specially in order entry.
• Knowledge of EDI, SAP and AS400.
• Technical Skills : high level of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point).
• Adaptability to changes is a must.
• Local language : proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.
