IQVIA is seeking French-native recruitment professionals to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a stable panel of Healthcare Professionals and engage doctors to participate in market research studies.

You will nurture relationships during recruitment and follow-ups on questionnaire completion, while updating records and supporting queries. You will call doctors, invite them to studies, and drive participation using multiple channels.

Formación

• Fluent French is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and email communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for data and respondent management.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise. If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
