The Opportunity
The Administrative Technician Junior is responsible for assisting the Sales and Market Access Director, supporting Market Access Team activities and events, Sales Team events, and Commercial Excellence activities reports, analysis, and proposals.
What You’ll Do
- Planning and implementation
- Market Access:
- Direct support to the MA Manager
- Following the daily activity of the MA Team, keeping the customer file updated
- Budget tracking
- Congresses:
- Planning and developing main activities (stand/symposiums/materials/logistics)
- Supporting international, national, and regional congresses and activities with patient associations
- Managing interactions with external agencies (creativity, design, and management of activities and communications) as necessary for each project
- Sales effectiveness:
- Analyzing the team activity in the field
- Administration of Sales Force system and identifying new processes to improve commercial effectiveness
- Training Sales Force system users
- Collaborating with finance to split sales goals and track KPIs
- Creating periodic reports on field activity, coaching, and presentations
- Sales reps support:
- Providing assistance to sales force and external sales force when applicable
- Conducting field visits to understand the business and sales work processes
- Teamwork:
- Collaborating within the team to implement marketing, sales, and MA plans and achieve goals
- Preparing periodic activity reports
- Assisting in organizing advisory boards, meetings, and symposiums from sales and MA departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Fluent in English
