As part of our growth strategy and our plans, we are looking for an Administration Manager (m/f/d) at KWS Vegetables based in Almeria and Cartagena , Spain. In this new role in Spain, you give reporting and administration support for all business area's (Sales, Operations, BU Controlling, procurement, HR etc...). This is a full-time, permanent position.

  • Accounts Receivable management and customer admin support, customer service support and client invoice management
  • Logistic (import /export) and operations admin support (for Breeding and sales groups)
  • Key user (SAP) for modules FICO, SM and MM.
  • Support internal reporting in coordination with Business Partners and BU Controlling
  • Treasury management- Coordinate AP and AR and in coordination with Business partners Finance provide sufficient information for cash flow management
  • Ensure quality of bookings in the quarterly closing and accrual management in coordination with BU Controlling
  • Monitor I/C activity, recharges of services and intercompany income.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and ways to streamline processes.
  • Record and archive Suppliers and clients invoice, including classification of expenses/investments based on group standards. Coordinate bookings and external reporting with Global transaction Center (GTC).
  • Support procurement process and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Support on developments on the breeding station in Almeria and Murcia.
  • Monitor Accounts Payable (including accrual management) in coordination with Accounts Payable from GTC
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Point of contact for IT local support. Support the SAP integrations (SAP modules)
  • Local HR administration support
  • Office management & facility management

Experience and skills

  • You have a Business administration degree (Msc, Bsc) and several years of job experience as administration manager
  • Fluent spoken and written in both English and Spanish Language
  • You are able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Good communication and planning skills
  • Local GAAP / IFRS (preferred knowledge)
