Formación

  • Strong knowledge of homeowners’ association operations, common area management, and relevant property regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with property administrators, service providers, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial oversight, and community expense management.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle documentation, minutes, contracts, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Ability to conduct on-site inspections and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage all aspects related to homeowner communities, including the creation/constitution of new communities.
  • Lead communication and coordination with external property administrators to ensure operations.
  • Oversee maintenance providers and ensure service levels and contract compliance.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor annual community budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations related to community management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and mediate conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date administrative records.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to communities to verify the condition of common areas.
