Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute acquisition strategies across digital channels. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Director and can be based in London, Stockholm or Madrid with regular travel to European hubs.

The position is a temporary contract created to cover maternity leave until end of 2027, offering a hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 at home.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Customer Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising and paid media optimization.
• Strong experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business results (sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, NTB growth).
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, ideally across multiple European markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable growth strategies.
• A commercial mindset, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Product teams.
• A hands-on approach, with the ability and willingness to support the team operationally when needed, while maintaining a strategic view of the business.
• Knowledge of AI, automation and modern attribution and measurement approaches is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies across digital channels to drive NTB growth.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and structure for paid media campaigns.
• Apply full funnel marketing to boost NTB and funnel traffic.
• Continuously optimize channels, explore new opportunities and CRO.
• Lead and coach a 3-person team to hit acquisition targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior for growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and sales to align goals.
• Monitor budgets and ROI to maximize NTB acquisition results.
