TD SYNNEX Spain is hiring an AP Trainee in Barcelona to join a dynamic, multinational Accounts Payable team. This 6-month internship offers hands-on training in invoice review, data entry, and vendor account maintenance, with 40-hour weeks and a monthly gross stipend of 1000€.

You will work with Excel and SAP, develop strong attention to detail, and improve your English and Spanish in a collaborative environment that supports learning and professional growth.

Formación

• Finance or economics related studies or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What You Will Learn

• Invoice Review and Processing: Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Vendor Account Management: Vendor account creation and maintenance.
• Dispute Management: Dispute tracking, query resolution, and credit note handling.Upload provider's invoices and credit notes.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
• Technical Skills: Other Education / Certifications: in Excel and SAP.
• Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (high plus), both written and verbal.
