Formación

• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounts payable processes
• Ability to maintain accurate records with attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoices and coding
• Prepare and process supplier payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies
• Record daily financial transactions and support monthly close
• Process employee travel and expense claims
• Maintain organised accounting records and internal controls
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support external audits and continuous process improvement
