Overview

Workster is partnering with a fast-growing global technology and services leader to hire an Accounting Specialist in Barcelona. Join a dynamic finance team, work with international clients, and take ownership of key accounting processes in a role that combines accuracy, compliance, and strategic impact.

Responsibilities
  • Record and classify transactions in the general ledger (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
  • Reconcile bank, customer, and supplier accounts
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and payments while ensuring VAT and tax compliance
  • Support audits and prepare internal financial reports and forecasts
  • Monitor inventories and fixed assets, posting entries and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Proficient Spanish and advanced English (B2+)
  • ~2–3 years of accounting experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP / accounting software experience is a plus

  • Full-time role: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
