A mobility company is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Barcelona to manage invoices, payment runs, and ensure compliance with local standards. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, fluent German and English skills, and proficiency with accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics 365. Formación

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsabilidades

  • Post incoming invoices and create intercompany invoices.
  • Control the invoice approver workflow for compliance.
  • Create and execute payment runs.
  • Support with month-end closing.
  • Check employee travel expense reports.
  • Process and archive general accounting correspondence.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Posting incoming invoices (incl. account assignment of invoices in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS)
  • Creating and posting intercompany invoices
  • Control of the invoice approver workflow to ensure compliance
  • Creating and executing payment runs
  • Booking banks
  • Support with month-end closing
  • Maintenance of open debtor items
  • Processing feedback from customers
  • Checking employee travel expense reports in accordance with company and legal requirements, as well as payment and posting
  • Processing and archiving general accounting correspondence
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Confident handling of modern IT systems
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAVISION, Business Central)
  • Ability to work in a team, self‑motivation and quick comprehension skills
  • Fluent in German and English
