Bip Iberia, a growing consulting firm, seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting for Renewable energy clients and support annual statements.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, documentation, and assist in audits while ensuring compliance with Spanish laws and IFRS/GAAP. Strong SAP and Excel skills, English proficiency, and proactive teamwork are essential.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in Spanish financial departments with knowledge of Spanish laws, taxes and local Gaap accounting.
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP; Spanish native speaker and strong English (written and spoken).

• Daily accounting of the Renewable energy client and entities.
• Administrative management: archiving, expenses filings, etc.
• Elaboration and presentation of Annual Statements.
• Assist in the audit process for managed companies.
• Identify deficiencies and follow up corrective actions.
• Monitor controls over financial reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Support in reporting to parent company and client tools.

YOUR TASKS :

• Daily accounting of the different companies/entities of the Renewable energy client.
• Administrative management of the different companies: documentation archiving, expense reports filing, etc.
• Elaboration and presentation of Annual Statements
• Collaborating in the audit process of the different companies that are being managed
• Identification of deficiencies and subsequent follow‑up of corrective actions.
• Regular monitoring of the adequacy and effective performance of controls over financial reporting.
• Management of accounts receivable and payable
• Support in reporting activities to the parent company and management of client tools
• Be the ambassador of the company's values internally and externally.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Spanish financial departments with knowledge of Spanish laws, taxes and local Gaap accounting
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP.
• Spanish native-speaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) are essential. Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
• Knowledge of renewable sector and IFRS Gaap will be a plus.
• Reliable, task-oriented and proactive team member with good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel
