Job description

We are looking for an Accountant and Tax Manager to join our international team in our Madrid offices.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Deliver planning and economic project management. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with all legal documentation (AML/KYC).
• Planning: Conduct detailed project planning and monitor project plans.
• Automation: Track all automation initiatives within the Firm and enforce their application.
• People Management: Lead and develop your team, identify and retain talent, prepare performance reviews, act as a technical reference, supervise work, and monitor deliverables.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting/tax outsourcing services or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
