Your missions

You will be responsible for preparing financial statements cash flow reports payments and tax positions for clients as well as supporting audits and ensuring timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports. This position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple client companies.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices; maintain accurate bookkeeping and supporting documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage the preparation and filing of tax declarations including SII.
  • Draft and review annual accounts cash flow statements and financial reports.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely financial accounting data for tax declarations and assist in preparing submissions to the Spanish Tax Agency (STA).
  • Deliver regular financial reports to clients including balance sheets profit and loss accounts and annual statements.

Your ideal profile
  • 25 years of professional experience in a similar accounting role ideally within a multi-client or service-provider environment.
  • Degree or Masters in Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (B2 / C1) and able to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
