Formación

About the role

What you'll be doing?

As an Accountant, your role will be crucial in managing and processing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Accounts Receivable operations :

  • Support collection activities and aging analysis
  • Issue invoices and maintain accuracy of master data files
  • Prepare and process various cash in and cash out transaction types and maintain related documentation
  • Handle payment proof documentation and compliance requests
  • Process and reconcile gateway statement postings with monthly adjustments and follow-ups
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
  • Utilize ERP system for transaction processing and reporting
  • Support system upgrades and implementations related to AR modules
  • Identify basic process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain data integrity in financial systems
  • Maintain documentation standards and procedures requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Academic degree related to Finance and / or accounting
  • At least 4 years experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounting in a multinational company
  • Used to work with ERPs
  • Advanced user of Excel (complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, modeling)
  • Control and reconciliation minded
  • Good level of English
  • Flexible, proactive, analytical, problem solving, strong organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of the accounting rules and standards
