What you will do at Signaturit
As an Account Manager in a landscape driven by digital innovation, you will play a key role within a dedicated team striving to maintain and amplify our market presence. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will serve as the linchpin between our clients and cross-functional internal teams, guiding our diverse client base through their digital transformation journeys with our suite of software solutions. This role is designed for a strategic individual who is keen to leverage autonomy to foster strong client relationships and drive growth.
Client Relationship: Cultivate and strengthen enduring client relationships, focusing on both retention and growth, while adeptly managing contract renewals and transitions.
