ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Lead, you’ll oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring smooth event delivery, clear communication, and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage timelines, guide internal teams, and serve as the main point of contact for customers - combining hands‑on project execution with light leadership responsibilities. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in customer‑facing environments and loves turning complex projects into success stories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage event projects from kickoff to completion using Asana.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Flex, and Product teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Oversee event builds, review for accuracy, and ensure on‑brand, on‑time delivery.
  • Conduct Customer Objective Review (COR) meetings and regular check‑ins to track progress and satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor team members managing individual events.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • CET Time Zone (Barcelona Preferred)
  • At least 2 year degree
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • English Proficiency (C‑Level)
