What You’ll Do :

Shape the Future of Commerce Media

We’re seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Iberian market by acquiring and developing new clients across mid‑market and enterprise segments.

Your Impact

You’ll take ownership of revenue growth in your territory—leading strategic conversations with senior decision‑makers, building long‑term partnerships, and positioning Criteo as the go‑to platform for performance‑driven marketing.

In this role, you will :
  • Own the full sales cycle : from prospecting to closing, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously with precision and urgency.
  • Build executive relationships : Engage CMOs, Heads of programmatic, and Media Directors to influence digital strategy and demonstrate ROI through Criteo’s commerce growth solutions.
  • Deliver revenue growth : Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts.
  • Lead with insights : Use data, market trends, and performance analytics to drive consultative conversations that unlock new opportunities.
  • Collaborate for success : Partner with internal teams—marketing, analytics, technical solutions, and account management to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term success.
  • Champion innovation : Stay ahead of industry shifts in AI, privacy, helping clients future‑proof their advertising strategy.
Who You Are :
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience in AdTech, SaaS, or digital media sales, with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong command of solution selling and complex, multi‑product negotiations.
  • Skilled in CRM and pipeline management (Salesforce expertise preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable building ROAS media plans and leveraging data in client conversations.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
