The Role

We are looking for a driven, energetic German-speaking sales professional who excels at building connections and closing deals. As an Account Executive, you will be vital to our growth in the DACH market, working closely with our international sales team to promote our innovative travel management solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, supported by marketing and sales development teams.
  • Conducting impactful product demos and managing the sales cycle to closure.
  • Understanding client needs and demonstrating how TravelPerk adds value.
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to enhance brand awareness and lead qualification.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to showcase TravelPerk’s value.
  • Staying updated as a product expert on new features and improvements.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Native-level German and high fluency in English.
  • Proven success in a sales-driven, phone-based role focused on prospecting and hunting.
  • Understanding of B2B solution selling within a short sales cycle.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
