Are you looking for a meaningful driving role in Palma where your daily work directly supports the local community? A private organization operating in social and community services is currently seeking an adapted transport driver to join their team in Mallorca. In this position, you will play an essential role in facilitating accessibility and daily mobility for passengers who rely on dedicated transportation services across the city.

Your primary responsibility in this role centers on driving adapted vehicles of up to nine seats specifically equipped for transporting people with reduced mobility. You will safely navigate local routes around Palma, assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, and ensure a comfortable, secure, and respectful journey. By maintaining high safety standards and offering attentive service, you ensure that every passenger travels with dignity and peace of mind.

• Valid Class B driving license
• Recognised disability certificate of 33% or higher, or permanent total disability status
• Minimum of 6 months of driving experience
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Catalan are considered a plus

This role offers a one-year temporary employment contract with a predictable part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 17:00. This fixed afternoon shift allows you to maintain a healthy balance between your professional duties and personal time. The position offers an annual gross salary of 8,973.50 EUR, governed by the collective agreement for centers and services catering to persons with disabilities.
