Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with clients in varied settings and collect progress data to guide treatment decisions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with children, pursuing a related degree, and hold a valid driver’s license. Full-time positions include benefits and ongoing RBT training.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work under supervision of BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data and document progress to inform treatment decisions.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Communicate with families and team to improve plans.
