Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking a Production Control professional to support the A400M MRO Network at MAESE. The role centers on master planning, material readiness, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time event execution.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, strong English, and significant aerospace or military maintenance exposure, with expertise in lean methods and customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Experience with MDS tool.
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods.
• Leadership and strong communication.
• Experience in military environment and direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Master planning and daily meetings to monitor event material availability.
• Ensure back-up through external support during holidays or peaks.
• Manage means and tooling inventory and availability per event.
• Contribute to correct management of means and material for each event.
• Define and communicate RDD and EDD per event.
• Daily planning updates with event details.
