Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an A400M MRO Network Maintenance Technician (B1/B2) based in the Madrid area to perform and certify maintenance and overhaul tasks. You will supervise non-licensed mechanics and coordinate their on-the-job training while liaising with Customer Services for scheduled work and special repairs.

The role requires an EASA/EMAR Part 66 license (A400M a plus), strong English, and ability to travel up to three times per year. A security clearance may be required.

Formación

• EASA or EMAR Part 66 license (A400M included will be a nice to have).
• Experience in MRO on a modern digital aircraft (A380, A350).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Advanced level of English.
• Flexible, reliable with a 'Can-do' attitude.
• Team Player.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as agreed with the customer.
• Handle SBs from Modifications and requested repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Lead small groups of non-licensed mechanics and supervise their on-the-job training.
• Help set up working processes and practices.
• Contribute to technical support for a new advanced military transport aircraft.
