Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an A400M Flight Ops Services Engineer to ensure operational readiness and efficiency of the A400M fleet. You will lead delivery of Flight Operations Services for multiple customers with a strong cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering services, managing global work packages, and coordinating with internal departments to meet program requirements while maintaining safety and mission effectiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in TAS or similar.
• Strong understanding of Airbus organization.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, integrate and deliver Flight Operations Services on time, on cost and on quality.
• Manage internal and subcontracted workpackages for Flight Operations Services worldwide.
• Provide OTQC for contracted services and resolve customer queries.
• Coordinate with Service Programme Managers, Procurement, Legal and Design Offices to define operations.
• Develop and implement project management plans with KPI tracking.
