Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an experienced Training Support professional to manage all activities related to A330 MRTT maintenance training. The role covers theory and practical elements, training media, and delivery, with shifts when required.

Hybrid working model offered where possible, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has a B1/B2 A330 EASA license, hands-on MRTT maintenance/training experience, and proactivity within a team.

Qualifikationen

• B1/B2 A330 EASA license required.
• Experience with A330 MRTT maintenance and training.
• Ability to work as part of an integrated team.
• English required, negotiation level.

Aufgaben

• Prepare theoretical and practical training elements.
• Deliver theoretical training.
• Deliver practical training elements (VMT, FFS, IPT, aircraft).
• Support development of training aids.

Job Description:The holder of this position will be in charge of all the activities related to A330 MRTT maintenance training, mainly for B1/B2 certifiying staff plusspecialized training.It will cover activities related to training material/media development to support theoretical and practical training togetherwith training delivery activities.
